Robert and Melissa's Seaport Anniversary Session | Boston Wedding Photographer

I love taking photographs in the rain. Maybe because rain is my favorite weather, maybe because rainy days are quieter, and maybe it's because less people are out in the city. But whatever my reason is, I'm glad Melissa and Robert were up to explore Boston's seaport district throughout the scattered showers! Having a couple trust my vision is the ultimate honor, and Melissa and Robert had an absolute blast puddle jumping and cuddling up under one umbrella.

Robert first reached out to me a few weeks ago with the idea to surprise his wife with a photo session to celebrate their first anniversary together. The only thing I love more than love stories is surprises, so of course I was on board! I met them at the Envoy Hotel where we broke the surprise to Melissa, and then took them all over the wharf harbor and Seaport district. Since Robert and Melissa were visiting Boston from Toronto, I also got the chance to play tour guide and brag about my city!

Melissa and Robert, I am so glad our paths crossed while you were visiting Boston for your first anniversary. It's so clear to me how much you enjoy each other's company, how adventurous you are together. It was such a privilege to show you my favorite city, I just hope you had as much fun as I did!
