Kelsie and Barrett’s Elegant and Colorful Wedding at Stillwater in McMinnville

There’s something truly magical about a wine country wedding in the fall, and this McMinnville celebration at Stillwater was no exception! With Brooke Garbett from Luxe Productions at the helm, every detail felt perfectly curated, yet full of charm and spontaneity.

From the start, this day had all the right vibes. The bride was an absolute vision, wearing her hair in an elegant updo for the ceremony that suited the vineyard backdrop so perfectly. Later, she let her hair down (literally!) for the reception, a fun little switch-up that matched the transition from “I do” to dancing the night away. And the groom’s style? Beyond dapper! He rocked a white dinner jacket and velvet loafers—such a classy, bold look that popped against the fall color palette of the day!

Speaking of colors, let’s talk about the gorgeous florals by Brier and Ivy! Imagine rich, warm tones with a whimsical touch, making everything feel both dreamy and deeply romantic. The florals framed each moment with their earthy tones, adding a texture that felt like they’d been plucked straight from a fall fairytale. Absolutely stunning.

This wedding was all about blending those beautiful, elegant details with relaxed, joyful energy, and capturing that vibe called for something special—so I shot on 120mm film, 35mm film, and Polaroids. There’s nothing like the classic, timeless feel of film to bring out the romance of a day like this! Plus, the Polaroids added a fun, nostalgic touch to all those spontaneous, love-filled moments.
